At the beginning of June 2024, the France 7 girls shone at the Madrid tournament.
Masterful against Fiji and their Irish counterparts, and tenacious against the Canadians, the French girls came up against the impressive Australians to finish the Madrid tournament with a fine 2nd place, full of promise for the rest of their career. The town of Capbreton is delighted to welcome them as they prepare to compete at the highest level.

We meet in Capbreton for two things:
We are on the final preparation that will lead us to the Olympics and to especially prepare for the last world stage which takes place in Madrid in two weeks.
So, we have organized with three other nations: Ireland, the Americans and the Fijians to have a friendly tournament.
The facilities are top -notch, the brand -new and well-equipped gym, which for our team, is fantastic.
With my colleague, we can do whatever we want here. And even all the teams around, in terms of organization, field accessibility , reservations…it’s super simple, they are very responsive , so it’s a real comfort .
